| The USDM insert has a open area in front of the high beam that may give unrestricted beam width in a cross pattern but the JSpec clone may block some beam width with some projectors. The insert I'm referring isn't the round piece held by three screws surrounding the projector lense. The insert I'm refering to is the big ABS plastic piece that in front of the high beam and the low beam held by two screws at the very front. In my application, I care more about my beam width than glare control with these JSpec clones.
